Suzanne received an alert call from the Notal Vision Data Monitoring Center on November 23, 2011. Just 13 days prior to this call she had been examined by her retina specialist, who saw no signs of wet AMD. Although she had no symptoms, upon receiving the alert she returned to her retina specialist. He confirmed the early development of wet AMD and started treatment. Thanks to monitoring with the ForeseeHome, Suzanne's wet AMD was detected before she noticed any symptoms and her retina specialist was able to begin treatment and prevent any loss of vision.

She immediately scheduled an appointment with her retina specialist who confirmed that she had indeed converted to wet AMD in that eye.
