After monitoring a patient for over a year, the Notal Vision Data Monitoring Center registered an alert in late 2012. The patient went to her retina specialist right away for an exam which confirmed CNV in her left eye. At the time, she was asymptomatic and had a VA of 20/25. The ForeseeHome helped her doctor detect wet AMD early and start treatment right away, maintaining the patient’s good vision.

She went in for an exam right away and an OCT confirmed the development of wet AMD in her left eye. At the time of the alert, the patient was asymtopmatic and her VA was 20/40. With the help of the ForeseeHome, her physician was able to detect and treat the lesion early, saving her from vision loss related to wet AMD.
A patient had been using the ForeseeHome AMD Monitoring Program for about a month when they received an alert call from the Notal Vision Data Monitoring Center. The patient was treated right away and has shown no loss of vision.
