Listening to Our Patients: Results from Our 2025 Survey

As we wrapped up 2025 and headed into the new year, we invited patients enrolled in the ForeseeHome AMD Monitoring Program to share their experiences through our annual patient survey. Launched in December, the survey gave patients the opportunity to reflect on their journey with ForeseeHome and provide feedback that helps guide how we continue to support you.

We were encouraged by the participation, with 34.5% of actively testing patients with an email address on file completing the survey.

Overall Patient Experience

Survey results were generally consistent with last year and provided valuable insights into patients' experiences. In addition to the main survey question, over 62% of respondents shared more detailed feedback, helping us better understand what matters most to them.

Key Takeaways from the 2025 Survey

Patient feedback helps highlight both the strengths of the ForeseeHome program and opportunities to continue improving. Key themes from this year’s survey include:

  • 83% of patients indicated that the most valuable aspect of ForeseeHome is its role in supporting their daily monitoring routine between regularly scheduled visits with their eye doctor.
  • Many patients shared that participating in the program is worthwhile and provides reassurance about their day-to-day routine.
  • Some patients expressed interest in receiving additional information related to their testing and clearer communication. We recognize the importance of keeping patients informed and engaged and will continue exploring ways to enhance the experience.

Every piece of feedback provides an opportunity to help us refine the ForeseeHome program and better meet the needs of our patient community.
