The Notal Vision Monitoring Center is dedicated to providing the best customer service experience possible. This month, we are excited to feature our own Issa Kamara, a member of the Onboarding and Medical Management team.
Working with Notal Vision since January 2021, Issa reaches out to patients to explain why their doctor referred ForeseeHome to them, how the device works and what is needed for the remote monitoring program to work efficiently. He also goes over insurance coverage, testing tips, helps with re-establishing a baseline if needed and educates patients on dry and wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
When it comes to recognizing how he helps patients and why it is important to him, he says:
“I enjoy helping the patients because it makes me feel good inside! It’s an amazing feeling when the patient thanks me on how the training call went.”
When Issa isn’t training patients on how to test efficiently, he enjoys football (GO EAGLES!), spending time with family, and hanging out with friends.
