The Notal Vision Monitoring Center is dedicated to providing the best patient experience possible. This month, we are excited to feature one of two medical Directors, Dr. George Sanborn.
Working with Notal Vision since January 2015, Dr. Sanborn is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a fellowship-trained retina specialist bringing his expertise and passion for improving patient outcomes to the field of digital health and remote monitoring.
As one of the medical directors, Dr. Sanborn is responsible for overseeing the compliance and accuracy of the Notal Vision Monitoring Center. He assesses policies and procedures, reviews patient alerts, trains and educates the monitoring center staff, and interfaces questions from the monitoring center team and physicians.
When he isn’t providing his expertise on AMD, Dr. Sanborn enjoys traveling and golf.
