Patient Portal Enhancements

July 2022

You talked, we listened! The patient satisfaction survey, which went out earlier this year, provided us with some excellent feedback and ways to improve our monitoring service for you. Top on the list were updates to the Patient Portal, including adding a Testing Calendar and revamping the education section.

Testing Calendar

Testing calendar

You asked us to help you better understand your testing cycles, so we created a Testing Calendar tab on the portal to help you visualize what a “testing cycle” means. In addition to highlighting the test transmissions received during the testing cycles in yellow, we’ve outlined your current and previous cycles:

  • Dates in GREY are your previous testing cycle
  • Dates in BLUE are your current testing cycle

You’re able to scroll between months, weeks, and days, as well as print your current view so you can have a copy on hand to help you to remember to test.

Education

Patient Portal Education

Our newly revamped Education section is filled with age-related macular degeneration (AMD) content, how your ForeseeHome test works, testing tips, financial information, and an overview of the Notal Vision Monitoring Center. We hope this new content will answer all your questions but, as always, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 888-91-2020 (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm ET) or patientsupport@notalvision.com.

Stay tuned for more Patient Portal updates!
