After gathering feedback from patients and doctors, we are changing the name of the Notal Vision Diagnostic Clinic to the “Notal Vision Monitoring Center” to better reflect the services that we provide. Your input was invaluable in helping us guide the way in which we represent ourselves to both patients and doctors.
Why the Notal Vision Monitoring Center?
We monitor your vision for the changes that help your eye doctor to diagnose wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) early. The “Notal Vision Diagnostic Clinic” may have implied that we provided a disease diagnosis, which we have never done, and which is solely the responsibility of your doctor. The name change does not in any way reflect a change in our services.
You may continue to see the “Notal Vision Diagnostic Clinic” name as we work to update our website, social media, print materials, and other items with the new name. Please feel free to let us know if you see the old name pop up anywhere by emailing patientsupport@notalvision.com.
