At the Notal Vision Monitoring Center, we’re always listening to patient feedback and looking for ways to make the ForeseeHome experience feel more supportive.
One thing we’ve heard from patients is that they do not always feel like they hear from us when things are going well. That feedback is understandable. When you are testing regularly and there are no updates from the Monitoring Center, it can sometimes feel like nothing is happening, but your continued testing matters.
Each ForeseeHome test helps support monitoring between your regular eye exams. Even when there is no new update to share, your testing activity is still an important part of providing information your doctor may review to assess changes in your vision.
That’s why we want to remind patients about MEye Chart, a valuable feature available in the ForeseeHome Patient Portal. MEye Chart gives you a personal view of your ForeseeHome testing activity over time, so you can see your own consistency and stay more connected to your monitoring routine.
For patients who already have MEye Chart, this is a good time to log in and take another look. For patients who do not yet have MEye Chart in their portal, you can request to have it added by completing the form linked below.
What MEye Chart Can Help You See
MEye Chart is designed to help you better understand your testing activity. It can show:
- how often you are completing your ForeseeHome tests
- your testing activity over time
- patterns that may help you stay consistent
Seeing your testing history can be a helpful reminder that your effort is part of an ongoing monitoring program, even during quiet periods when you are not hearing from us directly.
A Few Things to Remember
ForeseeHome and MEye Chart are tools for you to use while monitoring your dry AMD, but they do not replace your regular eye exams or your doctor’s medical advice. Your doctor remains the best person to answer questions about your eye health.
MEye Chart also does not mean you need to interpret your daily testing on your own. Instead, it is meant to give you a clearer view of your testing activity and help you feel more informed and involved.
