About the ECP Portal
As part of a comprehensive remote monitoring service, the Notal Vision Monitoring Center provides referring doctors and practices with 24/7 access to ForeseeHome test results and compliance data, as well as an easy way to e-prescribe via the HIPAA-compliant Eye Care Professional (ECP) Portal.

Accessing the ForeseeHome ECP Portal
- Visit the ForeseeHome ECP Portal
- A secure login for the ECP Portal was created when you signed up with Notal Vision and was emailed to you. If you have forgotten your login information, please contact practicesupport@notalvision.com or call 1-855-600-3112.
- Enter your username and password, and click “Login”
- You have the option to check “Remember me next time” so you don’t have to enter your login information each time you access the Portal
Accessing the ForeseeHome ECP App
- In the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for “ForeseeHome Provider”
- Download the app
- Tap on the app icon
- Tap “Sign In”
- Enter your username and password, and click “Sign In”
